Major Attraction : The coral reefs of Lakshadweep are the main attraction; it is the only coral reef island in India. Lakshadweep is a paradise for water sports.
Food : Vegetarian & Non vegetarian food in which coconut flavor is mixed. Fish curry prepared from fresh fish of seas.
Best Time to Travel : The time period in between October and May is the best time for ship based tour packages. However, Agatti and Bangaram islands can be visited throughout the year.
Things not to do : Anyone who consumes alcoholic beverages is liable to face dire consequences. Only at Bangaram one can consume alcoholic beverage. One couldn’t pick up Corals which is a punishable crime.
