Day 01: Cochin - Munnar
Welcome to your Kerala Nature Journey with Kanyakumari. Receive the warm greetings of Divino Indian Memoirz representative at the Cochin Airport. He will then drive you to Munnar hill station, a nature lover’s paradise.
On the way your car drives past the plantation gardens, waterfalls, hills and wonderful vistas of natures.
On arrival at Munnar, take your hotel. Laze at Munnar.
Day 02: Munnar Hill Station
Have your breakfast. Get ready for a full day tour in Munnar. The first sight of this tea town thrills one. You will visit Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, and Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary - home of Nilgiri Thar (endangered mountain goat).
Don’t miss an evening boat ride on the waters of Mattupetty Lake.
After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Munnar - Periyar
After breakfast check out the hotel and start your drive to Thekkady (120 Kms / 4 Hrs)
On the way the plantations of cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, clove etc will feast your eyes.
On arrival take your hotel. Afternoon enjoy a boat ride on the Periyar Lake, you will spot wild animals on the edge of the lake while boating.
After dinner, stay overnight.
Day 04: Periyar - Kumarakom
Early morning you go for a jungle safari in the park. Periyar Tiger Reserve has a wide variety of wild animals. It is home to endangered Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goat).
Check out the hotel and start drive to Kumarakom (145 Kms / 4 Hrs).
On arrival, halt at your hotel. Afternoon go for a birding tour to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. You will spot various local and migratory birds at Kumarakom.
Clean backwater with canals, paddy fields and fishing villages make Kumarakom an exotic tourist destination in Kerala.
After a sumptuous dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Houseboat (Alleppey)
Your Kerala nature voyage will be a great extravaganza to you today. You will check in at a houseboat of Kerala. Houseboat ride is the best way to explore the serene backwaters of Kerala and the plantations and villages.
You will be mesmerized when the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals.
Far from the hustle and bustle of city life, houseboat cruise will soothe your body and mind.
Dinner onboard. Spend the night in the houseboat floating on the backwaters.
Day 06: Alleppey - Varkala
In the morning you will check out the houseboat and you will be driven to Varkala beach by our representative.
On arrival at the beach, take your beach resort. Have lunch and rest for a while. Laze at the beach and enjoy the Arabian waves kissing the virgin sands.
Have a typical Kerala dinner and stay overnight.
Day 07:Varkala Beach
Varkala is a Hindu pilgrimage centre for its old temple. After breakfast you will visit the 800-year old Janardhana temple, dedicated to Ayyappan and Hanuman, perched on the top of a hill. There is also a meditation centre which is a not to be missed at Varkala.
Afternoon enjoy your time at the beautiful Papanasam Beach. Enjoy the sunset view. The cliff shadowed beach is an ideal destination for fun and frolic.
After a mouth-watering dinner stay overnight.
Day 08: Varkala - Kanyakumari
After breakfast you will head towards your last destination, Kanyakumari, a confluence of three oceans- Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal.
Enroute visit Swami Padmanabha Temple in Trivandrum and Padmanabhapuram palace and Suchindram temple. On arrival, check into the Kanyakumari hotel.
Afternoon you will visit the Gandhi Memorial, Vivekananda Rock, Devikanya temple. Enjoy the magical view of sunset on the horizon of Kanyakumari.

Day 09: Kanyakumari - Trivandrum - Departure
