Day 1: Arrive Trivandrum
As you arrive at the Trivandrum Airport, Divino Indian Memoirz representative meets you and drives you to the hotel for your first night stay in Trivandrum. On arrival at the hotel, the staff will welcome you in traditional Kerala style. Take rest at the hotel.
Afternoon go for a sightseeing at the capital city of Kerala. Visit the Sri Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Kuthiramalika Palace, Padmanaswarmy temple and Veli lagoon.
After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Trivandrum - Alleppey (157 Kms-03 Hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Alleppey (new name Alapuzzha). On reaching Alleppey you will visit the temples and the markets. You can pick up traditional home decors.
Thereafter our representative will check you into a houseboat of Kerala for overnight cruise. It is the most enjoyable way to explore the scenic backwaters of Kerala. Sailing through the backwater routes it will move towards Thekkady.
Have your dinner onboard. Stay overnight at the floating boat.
Day 3: Alleppey - Thekkady (155 Kms-03 Hrs)
In the morning while the houseboat reaches Thekkady, you get off.
Take your hotel and drop your luggage here. Then you will explore the Thekkady Wildlife Sanctuary which has a rich wildlife. Spot here the wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and many more.
Evening enjoy a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake. You will spot wild animals on the bank of the lake while you enjoy the ride.
After dinner, stay overnight.
Day 4: Thekkady - Munnar ( 160 Kms-03 Hrs)
After breakfast, our representative will drive you to Munnar hill station in Kerala. Enroute you will wonder to see the scenic spots of greeneries and waterfalls.
Afternoon, you visit the Mattupetty Dam, Indo Swiss Cattle Project, Rajamalai and Eravikulam National Park. Explore the tea and spic plantations of Munnar.
Evening visit the Munnar town. Have your dinner and stay overnight.
Day 5: Munnar - Cochin ( 135 Kms-03 Hrs)
Your 5th day Kerala with Nilgris Mountain will take you to Cochin. On arrival in Kochi, our representative will accommodate you at a hotel.
Afternoon you visit the Kochi city and its colonial buildings. Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets.
Go to the Cochin harbor. In the evening walk past the promenade of Marine Drive.
After a typical Kerala dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Cochin - Ooty ( 281 Kms-05 Hrs)
Your Kerala with Nilgris Mountain will be rewarded today as you will be driven to Ooty, the spectacular hill station of Tamil Nadu. Perched on the picaresque Nilgiri hills, Ooty is a major tourist haunt in Tamil Nadu.
On your arrival at Ooty, our representative will check you at a hotel. The rest of the time you will visit the Botanical garden that houses a variety of bushes, plants and flowers. You will see here a 20 million year old fossilized tree.
Visit also the Rose Garden nestled on the northwestern lower slopes of the Elk Hill facing the Udhagamandalam town. It is a home to 20,000 rose plants with 2241 varieties.
After dinner, overnight stay at Ooty hotel.
Day 7: Ooty
Ooty has so much to thrill you. The attractions of Ooty that you will explore today are Ooty Lake, Art Gallery, Doddabetta Peak, Pykara Lake, Kalhatty Waterfalls.
You can also head towards Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary. Have your own choice today and pacify your wilderness spirit at Ooty.
After dinner, stay overnight.
Day 8: Ooty - Coimbatore (98 Kms -02 Hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Ooty Railway station to board the toy train that runs between Ooty and Mettupalayam. The train is run by steam engine and on the journey you will surprise to see the breathtaking Nilgiri Mountains.
On arrival at Mettupalayam, you will move towards Coimbatore, the textile city of south India. Check in at a hotel and stay overnight.
Day 09: Coimbatore - Departure
You will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back home.
